Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between PERRO PERRO (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frederik Muller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Muller is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Johnny Cash - Hurt. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
PERRO tries to clinch but Muller is having none of it.
PERRO keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Muller has closed the distance and engaged PERRO in a clinch.
Muller tries to pull guard but PERRO won't allow it.
Muller on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Muller wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but PERRO has him pressed against the cage.

Muller shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has PERRO pinned against the cage. PERRO gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Muller shoots for a double leg takedown but PERRO sprawls well. He's pushed Muller's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

PERRO jumps guard and drags Muller to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
PERRO is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Muller is trying to maintain the position but PERRO is very close to passing his half guard.

Muller is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but PERRO pulls his head out easily.

Muller bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Muller wants to lay and pray for a moment but PERRO keeps working.
PERRO dodges the ground and pound from Muller.

Muller has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.

PERRO utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
PERRO controls Muller momentarily but Muller frees himself.
Muller wants to stand but PERRO is controlling his posture from full guard.

Muller decides to stand back up. Muller steps back and let's PERRO get back to his feet.

Muller rushes PERRO and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Muller lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of PERRO backwards.

PERRO jumps into guard, dragging Muller to the mat.

Muller seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Muller is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. PERRO doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Muller.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

PERRO tries to lock up and control but Muller gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
PERRO is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Muller is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

Muller throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around PERRO's waist but PERRO gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Muller off to one side.
