Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Seppo Susikasi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Groomph Baenre (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Baenre's choice of entrance music: Thunderstorm is coming your way!. On his way into the cage it seems that Seppo Susikasi has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Seppo Susikasi seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Matti Vanhoillinen and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Baenre slaps away a takedown attempt from Susikasi, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Susikasi looks to land a right hand but Baenre moved out of range.
Susikasi's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Susikasi duly obliges.
Susikasi shoots in and drives through. Baenre sprawls well.
Susikasi throws a big shot that misses.
Susikasi with a lazy takedown attempt
and Baenre counters with a head kick.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Seppo Susikasi. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Baenre fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Baenre lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Susikasi sizes up Baenre with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Baenre ducks under a wild hook from Susikasi.
Susikasi lands a nice hook to Baenre's body. Baenre takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Susikasi moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Baenre throws a head kick that misses
and Susikasi counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Baenre buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Baenre throws a series of punches but Susikasi moves out of range.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Susikasi cracks Baenre with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Susikasi swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Baenre counters with a thumping low kick.
Baenre wants to clinch.
Susikasi takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Susikasi gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Baenre counters with a leg kick.
Susikasi shoots in looking for a takedown but Baenre manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Susikasi's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Susikasi just misses with a punch to the body.
Baenre avoids the body shot from Susikasi.
Baenre misses with a series of wild punches.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Susikasi, as that shot connected.
That's two minutes gone in the round.

Baenre lands a glancing blow to the side of Susikasi's head.
Susikasi is rocked!
Susikasi on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Oh Susikasi is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Susikasi is breathing heavily.
Baenre closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Baenre has Susikasi pressed against the cage. He pushes Susikasi back and as he springs towards him off the cage, Baenre throws a beautiful elbow that sends Susikasi crashing to the floor! Baenre piles on the pressure with more strikes! Susikasi is flailing away but he's not defending himself and the referee steps in to stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Groomph Baenre!
Jumping up and down and very excited, Groomph Baenre waved his t-shirt featuring Valhalla Fight Wear's logo in front of the cameras.
