Andersson kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Now we are free. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pylkkanen stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Pylkkanen wants it to stay on the feet.
Andersson throws a right hand that misses
and Pylkkanen counters with an inside leg kick.
Pylkkanen throws a series of strikes that have Andersson backpedaling.

It looks like Sven Andersson has been cut.
Pylkkanen cracks Andersson with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Andersson takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Andersson is breathing heavily.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Pylkkanen scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

Pylkkanen shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Andersson is trying to defend but Pylkkanen finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.

Pylkkanen decides to stand and escape the position.
Andersson takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Pylkkanen explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.

Pylkkanen lands a big head kick that sends Andersson tumbling to the mat! Pylkkanen takes a step backwards and waves Andersson back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Andersson is rocked!

Pylkkanen ducks down and throws a big overhand right - it lands flush on the jaw, knocking Andersson out cold! The fight is over!
