Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 11 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Chris Villar!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Ador King!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, and Don Winkell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Villar looks to land a combination. King sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.


It looks like Ador King has been cut.
King shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Villar sprawls well. Villar wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. King gets slowly back to his feet.
A leg kick checked by King.
Villar throws a low kick but King moves out of range easily.
Chris Villar seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Villar connects with a solid leg kick.
King looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
King tries for a takedown but Villar circles away easily
and Villar counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Chris Villar has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ador King.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
King fails with an attempt to clinch.
Villar dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as King checks a leg kick.
Villar tries to bum rush King with a series of wild strikes but King uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
King avoids a punch combination nicely.
Villar moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Villar lands a leg kick that knocks King off balance momentarily.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Villar rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but King moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
King tries to work over Villar's front leg with a kick but Villar checks it.
King shoots in for a double leg but Villar sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Villar swings away with a leg kick that misses.
King takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Villar jabs King right on the nose. King blinks but takes it well.

Villar moves away from the strike by King.
Villar is pawing at King, trying to feel the distance before throwing out a cross that crashes into King's nose. King is badly hurt! Villar pounces, throwing wild strikes as both fighters end up on the ground! King tries desperately to hold on but Villar is relentless in his assault! As King receives an ever increasing number of unanswered strikes the referee pulls Villar away and this one is in the books!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:45 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Chris Villar!
Our winner, Chris Villar, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
