Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Freddy TheFish!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, George Wilson!
The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Radbod Blank and Nard Betker.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
TheFish closes the distance but Wilson moves to the side
and Wilson counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps TheFish thinking.
TheFish takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Wilson changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Wilson, as that shot connected.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
TheFish tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Wilson counters with a stiff right hand.
TheFish throws a hook to the side of Wilson's head but Wilson sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Wilson lands a left and a right that send TheFish crashing to the mat, dazed. Wilson thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
TheFish is rocked!
It looks like Freddy TheFish has been cut.
Both fighters circle each other, looking for something big. Wilson moves in and throws an overhand right. That hurt TheFish! Wilson continues to tee off on TheFish, landing with a left and a right! Wilson connects with a right hand that leaves TheFish sleeping against the cage! What a finish by Wilson!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:34 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). George Wilson!
