Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 13 - 0, fighting out of London, Rj Paned!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 17 - 0, fighting out of London, Rocky Balboa!
The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Chris Edwards and James Atkins.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Paned pivots, looking for a leg kick but Balboa is out of range and Paned settles back down.
A head kick from Balboa lands but Paned takes it in his stride.


It looks like Rj Paned has been cut.
Balboa thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Paned if he has to take too many more of those.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Paned looks to land a body kick but Balboa moved away.
Paned throws a head kick that misses.

Paned gets in close and instigates a clinch.

Balboa jumps into guard, dragging Paned to the mat.

Balboa tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land.

Paned seems to be looking for submissions.

Paned tries to pass the half guard into mount. Balboa knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Balboa on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.

Paned stands up out of the half guard.
Paned really is a fat lump.
Paned is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Balboa.

Paned fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Balboa sprawls well initially but Paned persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Balboa pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
Paned wants to control but Balboa is having none of it.
Paned on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Paned tries to get out of the position.

Paned manages to regain half guard. Good work.
Paned is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Balboa's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Balboa's back!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Paned's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Paned might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Paned pushes Balboa off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.

Balboa takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Balboa pivots, looking for a leg kick but Paned is out of range and Balboa settles back down.

Balboa scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.

Paned looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Balboa!

Paned tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

Paned lands a big shot there that rocks Balboa but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Balboa has given up his back.
Paned is looking cool and calm here, just waiting for a good opportunity to attack and finish the fight from this dominant position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Balboa is trying to defend against the choke here but Paned has an arm under his chin. This one might not last much longer. Paned Tightens the hold and Balboa taps out furiously! Paned displays superior BJJ to win the fight.
