Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Warren Adams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sakari Watts (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Adams kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Bang Your Head. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Adams shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Watts napping and manages to drive through into side control!
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Watts is trying to improve his position.
Adams is chipping away with strikes.
Watts struggling a bit here.
Adams scoring with punches and elbows.
Adams has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Adams wants to lay and pray for a moment but Watts keeps working.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Adams working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
Watts tries to improve position but can't.
Watts dodges the ground and pound from Adams.
Adams is trying to get an arm triangle but Watts is defending well.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Watts is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Adams asserts his dominance and retains side control.

Watts is pushing Adams's head away, looking to escape. Adams manages to hold on to the position though.

Adams wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Watts, who protects the arm well.

Watts takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.
Watts manages to work his way to half guard, despite Adams's best efforts.
Adams is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Watts is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
