The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hughes drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Hughes throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.
Hughes lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
You can see the frustration on Packard's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Duff Packard's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Duff Packard's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
