Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Chance Taken (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Livingston Barclay (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 18 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Chance Taken!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Livingston Barclay!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Alan Glass and Robert Twigg.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Taken on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.

Taken closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Barclay tries to buck Taken off but Taken is having none of it.

Taken thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Barclay tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Taken wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Barclay really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Taken. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Barclay is not content to let Taken control the position.
You can see the frustration on Barclay's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Taken trying to control the action but Barclay is working from the bottom.

Barclay bucks up and manages to escape back to his feet!
Barclay blocks a head kick by Taken.
Taken throws a sloppy head kick and Barclay moves out of range easily.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Taken fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Barclay manages to avoid it.
Livingston Barclay is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Taken looks to land a right hand but Barclay moved out of range.
A cross from Taken lands.
Taken's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Barclay connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Taken scrambles back to his feet.
The fight stays on the outside here - Taken looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Taken throws a sloppy head kick and Barclay moves out of range easily.
Barclay lands a really nice looking cross but Taken seems unphased.
Barclay lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Taken throws a combination that misses

and Barclay counters with a head kick that drops Taken to the mat! Taken scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!
Barclay wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Barclay lands with a hook. Taken tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

Taken is rocked!
Barclay looks for a left high kick but can't connect. Barclay backs up to catch a breather... no he lunges forward with a huge flying knee that smacks Taken's temple! It sends Taken violently to the canvas! The crowd goes nuts as Barclay celebrates and the doctors try to help Taken!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:48 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Flying Knee). Livingston Barclay!
After winning the bout, Livingston Barclay thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
