The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Supernova walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Vandelay checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Supernova throws a head kick that misses.

Vandelay is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Supernova's half guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
