The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A slow jab from Opp misses its intended target.

Donald closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Opp did well to prevent Donald getting side control.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Donald wants to pass to mount but Opp is defending the position.
Opp tries to get to full guard but Donald has control of the leg.
Opp wants to get back to full guard but Donald has passed into side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Donald is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Opp is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

A relieved looking Ronald Donald thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
