Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Sheer Bum (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jon Floring (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jon Floring looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Sheer Bum!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jon Floring!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bum has taken the fight to the clinch.

Bum manages to break the clinch.

Bum looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Bum controlling the pace.
Floring is not content to let Bum control the position.
Bum is taking a breather. Floring says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Bum wants to lay and pray for a moment but Floring keeps working.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Sheer Bum just wasn't active enough.
Bum keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Floring looks gassed!

Bum clinches with his opponent.

Bum has picked Floring up - he's going for a ride! Bum dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.
Bum wants to take a breather but Floring is having none of it.
Bum is looking to advance position but Floring won't allow it.

Bum is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.

Bum is keen to just control but Floring is a slippery customer.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Bum decides to return to a standing position.

Floring fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Bum sprawls well initially but Floring persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Bum is looking to control Floring's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Bum avoid being mounted?
Bum moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Floring is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Bum seems keen to control Floring's posture.
Bum manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Bum tries to control but Floring wriggling away.
This has been an exciting period of action!

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Bum moves into the clinch successfully.

Bum pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Bum shoots in and gets a takedown into Floring's guard.
Floring is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Bum drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Bum jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Bum wants to control from the top but Floring keeps moving.
Floring really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Bum. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Bum stands up and waves to Floring to follow him.
Bum misses with a kick to the body.
Floring is breathing heavily.

Bum decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Bum decides to stand and escape the position.
Bum throws a jab but it's blocked by Floring.

Bum shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Bum showed some decent athleticism there.

Bum is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Floring sees it coming and defends easily.
Bum passes the guard and advances to mount!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Floring is wriggling around here but as he tries to escape, Bum has taken his back.
Bum has his opponent trapped and is landing shots. Not a good position for Floring.

Bum is remaining active here, looking for the choke. The more discerning members of the crowd will appreciate his efforts.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Bum tries to get the hooks in deep but Floring pushed the leg off.

Bum has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Floring has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
Bum just keeping the dominant position. He can't wait too long though, otherwise the referee will stand them back up.

Bum is working the ground and pound here and the referee is taking a close look at Floring. He must escape soon or this one will be stopped.

Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! This is the final round!

Bum throws a nice looking combination but Floring bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Bum circles away from the clinch attempt.

Floring bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

I wouldn't like to be where Bum is right now.
Sheer Bum overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Floring takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Bum manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.

Bum is trying to control but can't.

Floring trying to mount his opponent but Bum defends it.

Bum lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Floring!

Bum trying to control but Floring is having none of it.
Bum is landing with some decent strikes but Floring is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
Floring is squirming around, avoiding Bum's attempts to control the action.

Bum throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Floring has his hands clasped together but Bum breaks the hold and Floring is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Bum!
