Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sgt Slaughter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pit Bull (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Colin Fray, Jeff Smith and Josh West.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Slaughter shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Bull as he avoids it easily.

Slaughter gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Bull to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Slaughter controls Bull momentarily but Bull frees himself.
Bull content to stall in guard here.
Slaughter is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Bull postures up.

Slaughter is looking for a triangle but Bull pushes his legs off easily.

Bull stands up and waves to Slaughter to follow him.
Bull misses with a takedown attempt - Slaughter sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Slaughter gets tackled into the cage by Bull. Bull maintains the clinch.
Slaughter swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Slaughter is working for takedown but Bull is calmly controlling the position for now.
Bull is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Slaughter is defending well.

Bull escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Bull scores with a jab to the body.
Slaughter shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Bull as he jumps to the side.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Sgt Slaughter. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Bull looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Bull leaves Slaughter with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Let's hope that Bull has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Slaughter is wriggling around trying to escape.
Slaughter wants to control but Bull is having none of it.
Bull content just to control the position here.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Nice takedown defense from Bull. No joy for Slaughter on that attempt.
Sgt Slaughter is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

We're going to have a standup here because Sgt Slaughter wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.
Slaughter stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Slaughter wants it to stay on the feet.
Sgt Slaughter has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Pit Bull.
Bull fails with the takedown.

Bull clinches up against the cage.
Bull's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
Bull wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Bull tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Slaughter smiles and moves away.

Bull shoots in but Slaughter avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Slaughter is trying hard to land a takedown here. Bull sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Bull clinches with his opponent.
Bull tries to pull guard but Slaughter forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
Bull stops a takedown attempt from Slaughter.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Slaughter has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

Slaughter dives in and scores a takedown into Bull's guard.
Bull has his hands on Slaughter's head, controlling the position.
Slaughter wants to control from the top but Bull keeps moving.
Bull is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Bull has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Slaughter is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Bull.

Bull tries to reverse the position but Slaughter maintains control.
Bull takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Slaughter looking to control but Bull is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
BOOM! Slaughter connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Slaughter prevents Bull from getting the reversal.
Bull wants to hold on but Slaughter pushes him away.
Sgt Slaughter overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Slaughter manages to capitalize on a mistake by Bull to take his back!

Slaughter has his opponent's back and is working for the choke.

Slaughter working from the back looking to end the fight with a rear naked choke. Bull is doing well to defend. Slaughter seems to have got his hand under the chin though and he's sunk the choke in! Bull is forced to tap and this one is over!
