Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Ringo Dingo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Phil Mcracken!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Kenichi Hosakawa and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mcracken drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Mcracken trying to control the position from guard on top but Dingo is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Mcracken won't allow Dingo to get back to his feet.
Mcracken postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
Mcracken working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Dingo's head.
Mcracken with a nice head shot there.
Mcracken scoring with punches to the head and body.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Mcracken seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Mcracken connects with a couple of short punches.
Mcracken postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Dingo looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Dingo is trying to control the position but Mcracken postures up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Dingo wants to stand but Mcracken is controlling the position.
Dingo is breathing heavily.
Mcracken stands up over Dingo, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Dingo is looking to stand up but Mcracken isn't so interested in that idea.
Mcracken distracts Dingo with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
Dingo is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Mcracken scoring with punches to the head and body.
Mcracken landing some decent shots from guard.
Dingo can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Mcracken controls the pace.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Mcracken lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Mcracken stands and throws Dingo's legs to the side, diving into side control.
The referee tells the fighters to keep busy.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Mcracken scoring with punches and elbows.
Dingo is rocked!
Mcracken lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Dingo down.
Oh Dingo is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Mcracken lands a nice forearm strike.
Mcracken tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Dingo trying to remain calm as Mcracken controls from the top position.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Mcracken lands a strong strike to the head of Dingo. That's dazed him! Mcracken looking to finish here. Dingo is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Mcracken lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!
