Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Schnitzer Schnitz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Goran Schwarzeneg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 16 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Schnitzer Schnitz!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 35 - 1, fighting out of St Petersburg, Goran Schwarzeneg!
The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Dmitry Maklakov and Konstantin Menshow.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Schwarzeneg lands with a nice body punch.

Schwarzeneg feints and as Schnitz raises his hands in defense, Schwarzeneg changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.

Schwarzeneg drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Schnitz dives on top into guard.
Schwarzeneg can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Schnitz controls the pace.
Schnitz's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

Schnitz has hold of Schwarzeneg's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Schwarzeneg manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Schwarzeneg tries to lock up and control but Schnitz gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Schnitz throws some wild stikes that Schwarzeneg manages to avoid easily.

Goran Schwarzeneg showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Schwarzeneg throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Schnitz was covering up waiting for the punch and Schwarzeneg finishes the takedown easily into guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Schwarzeneg tries to score with a low kick but Schnitz moves his leg out of the way.
Schnitz uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Schwarzeneg.

Schnitz is in close to Schwarzeneg's body, working some short punches and elbows.
Schnitz stands and throws Schwarzeneg's legs to the side, diving into side control.
