The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Rhea escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Green gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Green seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Rhea does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Rhea working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Green doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Green manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Rhea has his foot on Green's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Green works his way back into a safe position though.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Rhea uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Green.
Green throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Rhea sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Rhea throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Green escapes and throws Rhea's legs to the side, diving into side control!
Rhea is looking for a sweep.

Green is looking to take a break and control but Rhea is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Green working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter.
Green tries to advance to mount but Rhea denies him.
Rhea isn't going anywhere.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
