Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 6 - 1, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Luther Heggs!
The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Felipe Paraventi and Mauricio Rocha.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Heggs drives through and clinches with Pinksy against the cage.
Heggs misses with a body punch.
Heggs lands a shoulder strike.
Pinksy blocks a body shot from Heggs.
Pinksy has had enough of the clinch but Heggs keeps him there for the moment.
Heggs lands with a right to the head.

Heggs breaks from the clinch.
Heggs avoids the head kick by Pinksy.
Pinksy throws a combination. Heggs tries to block but a couple of punches get through.

It looks like Luther Heggs has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Pinksy.
Pinksy lands a high kick!
Pinksy throws a left and a right that both miss
and Heggs counters with a body kick.
Heggs keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.

It looks like Drew Pinksy has been cut.
Pinksy slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Pinksy pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Pinksy swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Pinksy misses with the combination.
Heggs misses with a looping left.

Heggs feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Pinksy sprawling to the canvas! Pinksy rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Heggs finish him?!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Pinksy tries a head kick but it misses.
Drew Pinksy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Pinksy tries to land a front kick but Heggs steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Pinksy moves out of range of the body kick from Heggs.
Heggs throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Heggs closes the distance and clinches.
The referee calls for Heggs to work.
Pinksy is trying to break the clinch but Heggs is controlling him.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Heggs.

Pinksy is rocked!

Heggs breaks the clinch.
Oh Pinksy is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Heggs gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Nice body punch from Heggs.
Heggs creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Pinksy with a big uppercut! Pinksy tries to clinch up but Heggs pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Pinksy to the mat! Pinksy covers up and Heggs unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:49 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Luther Heggs!
After winning the bout, Luther Heggs thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
