The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Saitou throws a series of punches but Advantage avoids them all with ease.
Saitou swings for the body but Advantage moves out of range.
Advantage circles away from the clinch attempt.
Saitou tries to bum rush Advantage with a series of wild strikes but Advantage uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Saitou getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Saitou lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Advantage circles away quickly and effectively.
Advantage stuns Saitou with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Advantage throws a series of punches but Saitou avoids them all with ease.
Saitou cracks Advantage with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Advantage avoids a punch combination nicely.
Rural Advantage seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Advantage fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Saitou looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Advantage on the wrong end of a nice jab.
No joy there for Saitou, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Advantage connects with a right hand. Saitou shakes it off.

It looks like Hiroyuki Saitou has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Advantage drops Saitou with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Saitou looks back up at him and smiles so Advantage waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
