Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Ku Pol (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sonny Lopez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pol comes into the arena with lost in the echo blaring out of the sound system. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lopez fails to land the takedown.

Lopez has control of Pol's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Pol regains control of the situation pretty easily.

You get the feeling that Pol really doesn't like being in this position too much.
Lopez wants to control the pace but Pol is squirming around nicely.

Pol tries to close the distance and clinch but Lopez swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Pol is fighting off a takedown attempt but Lopez is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Pol to the mat. Pol regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

Pol looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Lopez has picked Pol up and slammed him! Pol can't keep hold of the triangle and Lopez manages to pass to side control!

That was a close second round but I would say that Ku Pol will probably get the nod.
