Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Cody Funke (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Caio Gimenez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Funke comes to the cage accompanied by never gonna stop. Cody Funke has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gimenez shoots in for a double leg but Funke sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Funke avoids the head kick by Gimenez.

Funke tries to keep at a distance but Gimenez has taken the fight into the clinch.
Gimenez creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Funke's defenses.

During a confident post fight interview, Caio Gimenez thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
