Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Guntur Llaripukinen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Maverick Smokeleaf (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Llaripukinen comes to the cage accompanied by Elvis Presley - True Love Travels On A Gravel Road. Smokeleaf has chosen LMFAO - Sexy and I Know It as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Llaripukinen clobbers Smokeleaf with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

It looks like Maverick Smokeleaf has been cut.
Smokeleaf takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

Smokeleaf dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Llaripukinen. That did some damage!

Smokeleaf misses with a series of wild punches.
Smokeleaf tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Llaripukinen was well out of range. Poor timing from Smokeleaf.
Llaripukinen on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
A combination from Smokeleaf does no damage.
Llaripukinen tries to clinch up but Smokeleaf circles away and keeps his distance.

and Llaripukinen makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Smokeleaf walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Llaripukinen checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Smokeleaf lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Llaripukinen has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Llaripukinen and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Smokeleaf cracks Llaripukinen with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Smokeleaf has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Llaripukinen to stand back up!

Jeez, Guntur Llaripukinen's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
