Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Emmanuel Felix Zakora (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Saar Kouko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Yves DeLean and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A combination from Kouko does no damage.
Jab, jab by Kouko - just one landing.
Kouko throws a right and a left that Zakora avoids nicely.
A punch combination from Kouko misses.
Kouko closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Zakora tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Kouko manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Zakora fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Kouko, pushing him back against the cage.
Zakora tries to land a knee to the head but Kouko blocks with his arms.

Kouko lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.

Zakora is trying to stick to Kouko's back but Kouko is turning into Zakora. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Zakora's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Kouko.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Kouko accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Kouko tries to free his leg and advance position but Zakora is retaining full guard.
Zakora not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Kouko working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Zakora looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Kouko passes into side control.
Kouko blocks the strikes from Zakora.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Kouko wants to pass to mount but Zakora is defending the position.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Zakora is pressing down on Kouko's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Kouko throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Zakora works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Zakora has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Kouko should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Zakora has tightened it up now! Kouko should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
