The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Collins with a nice cross.

It looks like Richard James has been cut.
James scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
James throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and James takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
James swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
James falls off balance throwing a combination
and Collins makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. James really felt that one!
James looks gassed!
James moves out of range of the leg kick from Collins.
James swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Collins scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
James swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Collins will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Collins cracks the inside of James's front leg.
Collins lands with a right hand.
Collins shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with James but James pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Collins throws a nice outside leg kick.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Collins lands a big head kick that sends James to the canvas! Collins follows up with strikes from the mount that forces the ref to step in and stop the fight!
