The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hendricks fails with the takedown.
Hendricks shoots in and drives through. Savage sprawls well.
Savage scores with a crisp jab that stopped Hendricks in his tracks.

Savage bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Hendricks's guard.

Hendricks is fighting off a takedown attempt but Savage is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Hendricks to the mat. Hendricks regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
