And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Vito Puzo!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Wesley Smith and Frank Dennis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hartmann will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Puzo closes this distance looking for a takedown but Hartmann circles away.
Puzo will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Puzo throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
A big left from Hartmann misses.
Hartmann moves out of range of the strikes.
Hartmann misses with an uppercut
and Puzo counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
A left lands for Hartmann.
Hartmann takes a swing at Puzo's ribcage but misses.
Puzo with a lazy takedown attempt
and Hartmann cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Murilo Hartmann has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Vito Puzo.
Puzo ducks under a wild hook from Hartmann.
Hartmann scores with a shot to the body.

Puzo slips a jab from Hartmann.
Hartmann cracks a nice hook into Puzo's ribs.
Hartmann throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Hartmann keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Hartmann throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
The crowd cheers as Hartmann lands an impressive looking overhand right. Puzo doesn't seem phased though.

It looks like Vito Puzo has been cut.
Puzo on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Hartmann lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Puzo at a distance.
Good shot there by Hartmann.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Puzo throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Hartmann sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Puzo throws a big shot that misses.
Puzo shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Puzo looks gassed!
Puzo closes this distance looking for a takedown but Hartmann circles away.
Hartmann lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Puzo circles away quickly and effectively.
Hartmann lands an overhand right.
Hartmann cracks Puzo with a right hand to the side of the head.
Hartmann's corner calls for a 1-2. Hartmann obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

Puzo is rocked!
Puzo gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Puzo is still on wobbly legs! Can Hartmann finish him?
Puzo is trying desperately to land a takedown but Hartmann is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Puzo.

Hartmann lands a big right hand that sends Puzo crashing to the mat! Hartmann stays standing though and waves Puzo back to his feet!

That has opened up Vito Puzo's cut even more.

Hartmann drops Puzo with a straight right hand, right on the button! Hartmann follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!
