Ankutse kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is i ka kane . The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mant will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Ankutse tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Mant swivels and escapes.
Ankutse shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Mant napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Ankutse tries for a kimura but Mant is defending well.
Ankutse has an Americana. Mant didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Ankutse is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Ankutse hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
