The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Coutinho shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Lose can't keep his opponent in guard - Coutinho advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Lose really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Coutinho. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Coutinho seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Lose for as long as he can get away with.

Coutinho stands up from the dominant position. He obviously fancies his chances standing.

Lose should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Coutinho is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.

Coutinho lands a huge takedown. Lose is out but the ref is slow to react and Coutinho lands 3 more undefended punches before the fight is stopped. Brutal finish. Lose lies on the canvas for a good minute before the doctors bring him round. Good to see he's OK.
