Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Frank Dennis and Robert Twigg.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rivers loads up on a big right hand but Omega slips the punch.
Rivers on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Rivers gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Omega lands with a hook. Rivers tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

Omega moves into the clinch.
Omega is struggling to control the position.
Rivers tries to circle away but Omega has him pinned against the cage.
Omega tries to throw a body punch but Rivers avoids it by throwing Omega back against the cage.
Come on Omega - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.

Omega misses with a short punch on the inside.
Rivers tries to break free but Omega pushes him back against the cage.
An uppercut to the body lands inside from Omega.

Omega lands a nice shot to the body.
Omega lands with a light punch inside.
Omega tries to work over Rivers's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.

Omega pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Omega wants to clinch up but Rivers keeps it at a distance.
Omega moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Omega connects with a solid leg kick.
Rivers shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Omega counters with a straight right hand.
Omega dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Rivers throws a poor cross that misses
and Omega counters with a nice leg kick.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Rivers is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Omega.

Rivers sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
Horrible takedown by Rivers or perhaps it was just good defense by Omega which made him look bad.
Rivers is breathing heavily.
Omega connects with a solid leg kick.
Omega cracks Rivers with an open hand slap.
Rivers on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Omega buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Omega is looking to slow Rivers down with leg kicks.
Rivers lands with an overhand left.
Omega thuds his shin into the meat of Rivers's side.
Omega cracks Rivers with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Rivers walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Omega lands a leg kick that knocks Rivers off balance momentarily.

No luck with that takedown attempt from Rivers.

Omega lands a big uppercut and Rivers crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Rivers looks OK. Omega waves Rivers back to his feet!

Rivers is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Omega has managed to clinch.
Oh Rivers is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Omega creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Omega creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Rivers with a big uppercut! Rivers tries to clinch up but Omega pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Rivers to the mat! Rivers covers up and Omega unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
