The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zangief shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Hillis defends it nicely.

Hillis drops Zangief with a beautiful combination! Zangief stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Hillis is looking for the KO!

Zangief is trying to break the clinch but Hillis is controlling him.
Zangief has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Hillis avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

letting Hillis counter with a right hand.

and Hillis makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.

The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Hillis takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
