Bentham comes into the arena with Death March blaring out of the sound system. Eugeny Vavilin has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vavilin fails with a takedown attempt from distance.

Bentham closes the distance and pushes Vavilin back into the cage.
Vavilin changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Bentham fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Bentham moves into the clinch.
Bentham lands a knee to the head.
Vavilin wants to break free but Bentham has control.

It looks like Eugeny Vavilin has been cut.

Jeremy Bentham has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Eugeny Vavilin.

Bentham drops Vavilin with a big knee straight up the middle! Vavilin is covering up against the cage but manages to escape and gets back to his feet!

Bentham and Vavilin are patiently standing in front of each other looking for an opening. Bentham throws a head kick. It's landed, knocking Vavilin into next week! Ooooh that was huge! Bentham knows it - he's on the cage flexing is biceps. That's a bit weird considering he won by kick but whatever.
