Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Bruce Banner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and TIberio Norris (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Norris comes into a darkened arena with his song building. The Killers - Jenny was a friend of mine kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Matheus Silva and Emerson Jorge.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Banner misses with a takedown attempt
and Norris counters with a three punch combo that has Banner backing up. Banner nods at Norris to acknowledge the strikes.

and Norris counters with a crisp right hand that drops Banner! Norris lets Banner back up to his feet, looking for a finish!

Banner is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Norris misses with a low kick as Banner jumps back.
Norris wants to land a leg kick but Banner is out of range.

and Banner takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Oh Banner is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

and Banner counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Banner seems to have got his legs back now.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

Banner drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Norris dives on top into guard.

Norris throws an elbow that misses. Banner uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Norris's guard. Nice move by Banner!

Banner has gone for a leg lock! Norris slips out almost immediately though and dives into Banner's guard.

Norris stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Banner swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Banner seems to be working for a kimura but Norris defends the submission attempt.

Norris wants to control but Banner is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Norris really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Banner. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Banner has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Norris can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Banner takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Norris throws a series of strikes that have Banner backpedaling.

and Banner decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Norris's guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
