Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vladimir Subbotin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ilya Orlov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Subbotin tries to clinch up.
Subbotin with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Orlov to score with a decent uppercut.

Subbotin throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Orlov shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Subbotin is trying to defend but Orlov finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Subbotin is trying to trip Orlov. He has hold of a leg but Orlov is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Subbotin persists though and gets the takedown into guard.

Subbotin moves in looking to clinch but Orlov pushes him off.

Orlov changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Subbotin looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Subbotin shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Orlov pinned against the cage. Orlov gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Orlov throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Subbotin tries to close the distance and clinch but Orlov swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Orlov misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

Orlov shoots in but Subbotin avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Subbotin shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Orlov napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Orlov manages to work his way to half guard, despite Subbotin's best efforts.

That was a close second round but I would say that Vladimir Subbotin will probably get the nod.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Subbotin is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Subbotin lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Orlov!
Vladimir Subbotin overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Orlov keeps control of the position for the meantime.

Subbotin drops an elbow to the side of Orlov's head.
Subbotin moves nicely into side control.
Subbotin remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.

Subbotin decides to stand back up. Subbotin steps back and let's Orlov get back to his feet.
