Knight is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: like moths to flames. Page Knight will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A combination from Knight does no damage.
Knight listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Fernandes wants to clinch
and Knight counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Knight misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Fernandes.
Knight goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Knight leaves Fernandes with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Knight tries to bum rush Fernandes with a series of wild strikes but Fernandes uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Donk. Knight catches Fernandes right on the button with a cross.
Knight throws a nice looking combination but Fernandes bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Fernandes has a takedown stuffed.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Fernandes shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Knight as he avoids it easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Bibiano Fernandes. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Knight tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Fernandes was well out of range. Poor timing from Knight.

Knight connects with a body shot that sends Fernandes's belly button to the back.
Page Knight is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Knight tries to bum rush Fernandes with a series of wild strikes but Fernandes uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Knight stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Knight wants it to stay on the feet.
Knight lands with an uppercut that bounces Fernandes off the cage and back into range.
Fernandes's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Knight connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Fernandes scrambles back to his feet.

Fernandes takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Oh Fernandes is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Knight comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Knight is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Fernandes rather than just go for the knockout.
Knight throws a right and a left that Fernandes avoids nicely.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Knight lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Knight steps into range and unloads a brutal right left combo! Fernandes is out on his feet! Knight sets himself and nearly takes Fernandes's head off with a straight right, sending him crashing to the mat! Wow, that was nasty... but awesome! Wooo!
