Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Toki Wartooth (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bernard Shamrock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wartooth comes into the arena with Dethklok- Awaken blaring out of the sound system. Shamrock has chosen Sepultura - Roots Bloody Roots as his entrance music. Toki Wartooth has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wartooth loads up on a big right hand but Shamrock slips the punch.
Shamrock walks into a straight right hand from Wartooth.
Wartooth fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Wartooth keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Shamrock with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Wartooth to score with a decent uppercut.
Wartooth throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Shamrock throws a series of punches but Wartooth avoids them all with ease.
Shamrock thows a body shot but no joy.
Shamrock looks to land a left hand but Wartooth moved out of range nicely.
Wartooth jabs Shamrock right on the nose. Shamrock blinks but takes it well.

Shamrock is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.
Wartooth lands with a right to the head.

Shamrock is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Wartooth can't fight it off and eventually Shamrock manages to take the fight to the floor. Wartooth looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

and Shamrock counters with an outside leg kick.

A left lands for Wartooth.
Wartooth just misses with a punch to the body.

Wartooth fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Shamrock throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Wartooth chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Shamrock can pounce on him.

Shamrock forces Wartooth back against the cage and clinches.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Wartooth wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Shamrock takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Wartooth lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Shamrock circles away quickly and effectively.

Shamrock gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Wartooth gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!
