Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Billy Boondocks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hessu Hopo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hopo has chosen Bodies as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Alec Ball and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boondocks turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Boondocks throws a combination. Hopo tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Billy Boondocks seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Boondocks lands with a hook. Hopo tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Hopo misses with a body shot.
Boondocks lands a nice hook to Hopo's body. Hopo takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Hopo looks gassed!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Boondocks lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Boondocks takes a swing at Hopo's ribcage but misses.
Boondocks scores with a hook to the body. Hopo takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Boondocks tests Hopo's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Boondocks with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Boondocks looks to land a combination but Hopo avoids it well.
Boondocks lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
It looks like Hessu Hopo has been cut.
Boondocks works Hopo's body with a nice hook.
Hopo throws a right and a left that Boondocks avoids nicely.
Hopo drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Nice body punch from Boondocks.
Boondocks swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Boondocks lunges in with a left hook that violently twists Hopo head around and knocks him out cold! Boondocks hops onto the cage and yells out at the top of his lungs - Yeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaah! They're showing the replay on the big screens now; that was nasty! I hope one of the photographers got a good shot of it.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:18 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Billy Boondocks!
