Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jeric Raval (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Janne Puikko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Puikko catches Raval with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!

Puikko rushes Raval and presses him up against the cage.
Puikko lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Puikko tries to throw a body punch but Raval avoids it by throwing Puikko back against the cage.
Puikko lands a hook that snaps the head of Raval backwards.
Puikko changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Raval fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Raval moves away from the strike by Puikko.
Puikko throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Raval connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Puikko's hands.

It looks like Janne Puikko has been cut.
