The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Palermo wants to clinch up but Hibari keeps it at a distance.

Hibari is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Palermo wants to clinch but Hibari slips to the side
and Hibari counters with a head kick that crumples his opponent - he's in a world of trouble! Hibari looks at the referee who does nothing so Hibari lands a crushing right that sends Palermo to the floor! This time the ref steps in to end the fight.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:45 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kyoya Hibari!
A relieved looking Kyoya Hibari thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
