Barton has chosen Thoughtless by KoRn as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barton changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Barton stuns Roberts with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Roberts shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Barton pinned against the cage. Barton gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Barton pushes Roberts off and scrambles back to his feet.
Roberts is breathing heavily.
Barton throws a series of punches but Roberts avoids them all with ease.
Roberts looks for the body kick but Barton saw that one coming.
Barton stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Barton wants it to stay on the feet.
Barton shoots in but no luck this time.
Barton tries to clinch up but Roberts circles away and keeps his distance.
Roberts pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Roberts looks to land a body kick but Barton moved away.
Roberts closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

Barton forces Roberts back against the cage and clinches.

Roberts jumps guard but Barton turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.

Barton breaks from the clinch.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Barton is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Roberts pushes Barton up against the cage in a clinch.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Eric Barton will probably get the nod.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Excellent takedown into side control there by Roberts.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Roberts stands up.
Roberts on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Barton scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Roberts changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Barton tries to avoid it but Roberts manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Barton to the ground. Barton escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Roberts takes one to the side of the head.
Barton tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Roberts paws at him with a jab and circles away.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Barton's corner calls for a 1-2. Barton obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

Roberts is rocked!

Roberts rushes Barton and presses him up against the cage.
Oh Roberts is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Barton pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Roberts shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Barton throws an overhand right that drops Roberts like a sack of potatoes! Barton dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!
