Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jack Churchill (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paul Azinger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Churchill comes to the cage accompanied by Will Ye No Come Back Again?. Azinger has chosen as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Churchill fails with an attempt to clinch.
Churchill with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.

Azinger has taken the fight to the clinch.
Azinger misses with a punch on the inside.
Azinger lands with a right to the head.

Churchill pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Churchill avoids a kick to the body.
Azinger has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Churchill.
Churchill lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Churchill pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Azinger is looking to chop away at Churchill's legs.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Churchill walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Azinger checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Churchill checks a leg kick nicely.
Churchill throws a body punch but Azinger moves out of range.
Churchill checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Azinger turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Churchill does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Azinger clobbers Churchill with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Churchill thows a body kick. Azinger tries to catch it but that hurt him.

Churchill tries to close the distance and clinch but Azinger swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Churchill avoids the body shot from Azinger.
Churchill connects with an inside leg kick.
Azinger looks gassed!
Churchill misses with a body shot.
Churchill checks a leg kick.
Churchill fails with an attempt to clinch.

Churchill takes the fight into the clinch.
Azinger tries to throw a body punch but Churchill avoids it by throwing Azinger back against the cage.
Churchill tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Churchill working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely.
Azinger swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Churchill lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Azinger backwards.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
A frustrated look appears on Azinger's face as he tries to break the clinch.

A head punch on the inside from Azinger fails to land.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Azinger is pushing Churchill up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.
Churchill misses with some punches.

Azinger breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Churchill is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Azinger keeps the fight on the outside.
Churchill throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Churchill throws a powerful right kick. Azinger tried to block low but the kick was high! Azinger was taken right off of his feet! Churchill jumps in to finish the job and the ref tackles him! The fight is over!
