Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hamid Anubis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Felix Gonzalez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Eliza Hachem and Hugh Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gonzalez gets caught flat footed, as Anubis shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Anubis with a nice head shot there.
Anubis will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Gonzalez throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Anubis escapes and throws Gonzalez's legs to the side, diving into side control!
Gonzalez defending against the ground and pound.
Gonzalez is looking for a sweep.
Gonzalez gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Gonzalez looking for submissions off his back.

Anubis escapes and gets back to his feet.
Anubis misses with a series of wild punches.
Gonzalez gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Anubis wants to control from the top but Gonzalez keeps moving.
Anubis forces his way into half guard.
Gonzalez manages to get to full guard.

Gonzalez is looking to stand up but Anubis isn't so interested in that idea.
Gonzalez wants to hit a switch here but Anubis passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Gonzalez there!

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
The referee warns Gonzalez that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Anubis is landing with some decent strikes but Gonzalez is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
Anubis with shots to the head and body - Gonzalez looks very uncomfortable down there.
Anubis landing strikes from the mount and Gonzalez is in trouble!
Gonzalez keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.

Gonzalez tries to hold on but Anubis pushes him away.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Anubis landing punches.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Gonzalez regains half guard.
Gonzalez tries to roll over but Anubis keeps him under control.
Gonzalez is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Gonzalez makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Gonzalez.
Anubis missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Gonzalez trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from!
Anubis lands a couple of digs.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Gonzalez wants to sweep here but Anubis controlling him for the moment.
Anubis wants to stand but Gonzalez has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
Gonzalez looking for a sweep. Not yet Gonzalez, not yet.
Anubis stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Gonzalez swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Gonzalez wants to stand up but Anubis is controlling him.
Anubis advances position into side control!
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Gonzalez misses with a strike from the bottom.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Hamid Anubis dominated that round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Gonzalez lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
It looks like Hamid Anubis has been cut.
Gonzalez gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Gonzalez breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Gonzalez shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Anubis is desperately trying to improve his position but Gonzalez has a good base and remains in mount.
Gonzalez landing strikes, looking to finish!
Gonzalez lands a nice shot to the head.
Hamid Anubis's cut is getting worse.
Anubis is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.
Gonzalez looking to finish here with some ground and pound. He lands one big shot that has Anubis covering up... and two more big strikes land, forcing the referee to step in and put and end to proceedings! This fight is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:48 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Felix Gonzalez!
