Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Dan ONeal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Al Bundy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). ONeal comes to the cage accompanied by Eyes of the Tiger. This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dan ONeal!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Al Bundy!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Tiny Johnson and Wesley Smith.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
ONeal throws a series of punches but Bundy avoids them all with ease.
Thud! ouch! good body kick from ONeal - that will leave a mark!
Danga de danga de dang - ONeal scores with a four punch combination!
A nice leg kick lands there from Bundy.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Bundy, right into the meat.

Bundy closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Bundy is looking to advance position but ONeal won't allow it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Bundy misses with a head shot. ONeal uses the momentum to regain guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
ONeal looking to hit a scissor sweep but Bundy is one step ahead there.
Bundy trying to control but ONeal is working from the bottom.

Bundy postures up in ONeal's guard and throws a big left but ONeal blocks it.
Bundy content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
Bundy looking to pass the guard.
Bundy wants to stand but ONeal is controlling his posture from full guard.
Bundy looking to sit in guard and control but ONeal gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Bundy tries to strike from the bottom.
ONeal preventing the sweep.
Bundy trying to keep a closed guard but ONeal is proving a slippery customer.
ONeal throwing strikes from guard but Bundy blocks nicely.
ONeal won't allow Bundy to sweep him here.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky.
Bundy will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
ONeal bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
ONeal throws a right and a left that Bundy avoids nicely.
Bundy is on the wrong end of a nice combination from ONeal.
Bundy looks gassed!
ONeal sets himself and throws a head kick that knocks Bundy to the ground! ONeal dives into full mount looking to finish!

ONeal with a couple of short strikes.
Bundy is still in real trouble! Can ONeal finish him?
ONeal trying to control but Bundy is having none of it.

ONeal is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Bundy has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Bundy seems to have recovered his senses.
ONeal prevents Bundy from getting the reversal.
Bundy is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Bundy regains half guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Dan ONeal dominated that round.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!


ONeal pulls out of a head kick attempt.
ONeal doesn't succeed with the takedown

and Bundy counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Bundy stands up over ONeal, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Bundy scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
Bundy throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Bundy is stalling in the full guard.
ONeal wants to control the position but Bundy says "no thanks buddy" and passes to half guard.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Bundy stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows ONeal to get to his feet.

Bundy shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Bundy showed some decent athleticism there.

Bundy seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
Bundy wants to control but ONeal is keeping him busy.

Despite being in the dominant position, Al Bundy just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Bundy drives through with a takedown into guard.

ONeal has momentary wrist control but Bundy slips an elbow through the middle.
Bundy content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
Bundy passes into half guard.

Bundy stands up and beckons ONeal to join him on the feet.
ONeal moves in looking to clinch but Bundy pushes him off.
ONeal keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
ONeal misses with a jab, cross combination.
Bundy tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
ONeal drops Bundy with a left right combo! ONeal follows him down to the ground into side control.


Bundy is rocked!


It looks like Al Bundy has been cut.
ONeal controlling the position.
Bundy is still in real trouble! Can ONeal finish him?

ONeal has knee on belly and moves into mount.
ONeal sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.
Bundy seems to have recovered his senses.
Bundy throwing punches from his back but nothing is landing.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
ONeal can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Bundy is looking to escape.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Al Bundy showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!



Bundy gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Bundy bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in ONeal's guard.
ONeal working a defensive guard here.
Bundy chips away with some ground and pound.
ONeal not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Bundy trying to control the position from guard on top but ONeal is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Bundy would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Bundy postures up in ONeal's guard and throws a big left but ONeal blocks it.

Bundy throws the left hand but ONeal avoids the punch easily.
ONeal misses with a leg kick.

Bundy closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Bundy cracks ONeal with an elbow. That is naaassty.

ONeal is trying to control Bundy's posture but Bundy avoids it.
ONeal is looking for a sweep.
Bundy works to advance to full mount. ONeal defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.
Al Bundy has got the better of the ground game so far.
Bundy has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of ONeal's face.

ONeal avoids a series of strikes thrown by Bundy.
