Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Barry Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Huey Winner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Smith might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to When Will They Shoot. Winner has chosen It's time for war as his entrance music. Huey Winner has the eye of the tiger tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
21 - 12 - 2, fighting out of Montreal, Barry Smith!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
12 - 20 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Huey Winner!
The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Robert Douchet and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Good shot there by Winner.
Winner wants to clinch.
Smith tries to clinch up.
Smith will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
A leg kick checked by Smith.
Smith lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Smith.
It looks like Huey Winner has been cut.
Huey Winner seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Smith looks to land a combination but Winner avoids it well.
Winner fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Smith to the ground. Winner is now in Smith's guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

Smith bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Winner's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Winner looks gassed!
Smith won't allow Winner to get back to his feet.
Smith is standing up over Winner. Winner looks to escape but Smith dives into side control.
A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.
Smith tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Smith tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Smith has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Smith has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
Winner throws a big shot that misses.
Winner changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Smith tries to avoid it but Winner manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Smith to the ground. Smith escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Smith misses with a combination
and Winner counters with a big head kick but Smith shrugs it off.
Smith lands a jab followed by a vicious hook that sends Winner sprawling to the canvas. Smith follows him down, looking for the kill. Can Winner hang on?
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Smith is working for a kimura but Winner is defending it quite comfortably.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Smith looking to pass the half guard. Not this time.
Smith has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Smith with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
Smith lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.

Winner is rocked!
Smith lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Winner is still in real trouble! Can Smith finish him?

Smith looking to finish here with some ground and pound. He lands one big shot that has Winner covering up... and two more big strikes land, forcing the referee to step in and put and end to proceedings! This fight is all over!
