Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mac Lombard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gabz Severi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gabz Severi will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Gabz Severi!
The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, William Gold and Paul Tew.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Severi tries to clinch up.

Lombard shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.

Lombard looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Severi with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Severi is trying to stand.
Lombard trying to control from half guard but Severi is working away.

Lombard is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Lombard is nestled in close to Severi, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Severi really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Lombard. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Severi flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Mac Lombard tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
