Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Liam Bailey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shaun Montague (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bailey tries to score a power double leg takedown but Montague sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Bailey somewhat.
Montague looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Montague is working for a kimura but Bailey is defending it quite comfortably.

Bailey shoots in looking for a takedown. Montague tries to sprawl out of it but Bailey keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Montague manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Montague has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Bailey clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!

Bailey defends a prolonged rear naked choke attempt and turns nicely into his opponent's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Montague pushes a forearm under Bailey's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Bailey is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
