Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jakob Broberg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Franz Uther (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Broberg kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is LMFAO-Sexy and I know it. Franz Uther will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

11 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Franz Uther!
The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Ben Zyskovitsi and Matti Vanhoillinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Uther works the jab nicely.
Uther thuds a left hand into Broberg's body.
Broberg tries to bum rush Uther with a series of wild strikes but Uther uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Broberg shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Uther as he avoids it easily.
Broberg closes the distance and clinches up with Uther, looking for a takedown. Broberg pushes Uther against the cage but Uther circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Broberg keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Uther throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Broberg lands a lovely overhand right.
Broberg walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Uther misses with an uppercut. Broberg saw that one coming.
Broberg takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Uther defending well as Broberg loads up on a big left hand.
Broberg throws a series of punches but Uther moves out of range.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Uther clinches up with Broberg and pushes him back against the cage.
Uther works on Broberg's body with a couple of short punches.
Uther lands a body shot in the clinch.
Broberg is breathing heavily.
Uther lands a hook that snaps the head of Broberg backwards.
Uther keeps control of Broberg as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Uther is leaning against Broberg and scores with a nice uppercut to the body.
A nice right hand lands inside from Uther.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Uther stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.
Uther pushes Broberg back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.
Uther lands a left hand that snaps the head of Broberg backwards.
A bit of stalling here from Uther.
Uther throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Brobergs head.
Uther digs a right hand into Broberg's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Broberg's gas tank.
Uther is pushing Broberg up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.
Uther lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Broberg is rocked!
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Uther creates some distance for himselfand unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Broberg's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Broberg drops to his knees and Uther pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:13 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Franz Uther!
Franz Uther really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Hilo Nutrition logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
