Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Vice Grip!
The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Donatello Bradman and Summer Carpenter.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Grip throws a sloppy head kick
and L aspinatour counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
L aspinatour looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
A head kick misses from L aspinatour.
Grip throws a jab when L aspinatour was well out of range.
L aspinatour tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Grip paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Grip tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Grip closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. L aspinatour did well to prevent Grip getting side control.
Grip moves nicely into side control.

Grip wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by L aspinatour, who protects the arm well.
L aspinatour stops Grip from passing to mount.

Grip tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Grip has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
L aspinatour is looking to reverse the position.

Grip is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Grip is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. L aspinatour knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Grip tries to advance to mount but L aspinatour instead regains half guard.

Grip prevents L aspinatour from getting the reversal.
Grip can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as L aspinatour is looking to escape.
L aspinatour stops Grip from taking his back. Still, being mounted isn't any better.
Grip is dominating on the ground here - he's now on his opponent's back, looking to sink in the hooks. L aspinatour is in real trouble.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

L aspinatour is staying cool under pressure, defending well against the rear naked choke attempt from his opponent.

Grip tries to get the hooks in deep but L aspinatour pushed the leg off.

Grip is working for a rear naked choke. L aspinatour is not defending it well and Grip has tightened it up quickly! This could be all over! L aspinatour refuses to tap and goes to sleep, forcing the referee to intervene. A little trickle of blood came out of L aspinatour's nose as his head slumped to the floor. That is naaaasty!
