PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between George Steele (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jury Lokomotivo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Steele comes to the cage accompanied by Freak On A Leash. The crowd seem to be enjoying Lokomotivo's choice of entrance music: Slipknot - Wait and bleed. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Steele throws a head kick that Lokomotivo semi-blocks.

It looks like Jury Lokomotivo has been cut.

Lokomotivo fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Steele sprawls well initially but Lokomotivo persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Horrible takedown by Lokomotivo or perhaps it was just good defense by Steele which made him look bad.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Lokomotivo displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Steele throws out the jab.

Lokomotivo is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Steele can't fight it off and eventually Lokomotivo manages to take the fight to the floor. Steele looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
