Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A looping hook to the body misses from Michael. Junttila does a little dance to reset his feet.
Junttila bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Michael's head.

It looks like Rhino Michael has been cut.
Junttila jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Michael tries to clinch but fails miserably

and Junttila counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Junttila.

Junttila pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Junttila stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Junttila wants it to stay on the feet.

Junttila shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Pertti Junttila wasn't active enough on the ground.

Junttila gets control of Michael's arms and successfully pulls guard. Junttila will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

It looks like Junttila might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
