The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
madgwick lands a really nice looking cross but white seems unphased.

white bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
white working the head and body with strikes.

white is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but madgwick is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
madgwick is trying to buck white off.
white controlling the position from side mount.
madgwick is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but white has just dragged him back down to the mat.
madgwick trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.
madgwick really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
