Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kj Barakus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frank Shank (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Shank comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Sluggo - I Get Violent kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shank tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Barakus is able to avoid easily.
Barakus avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Barakus shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Shank as he jumps to the side.
Shank throws a leg kick but Barakus sees it coming and moves out of range.
Barakus scores a takedown into full mount!
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Shank tries to hold on but Barakus pushes him away.
Barakus goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Shank is on top in guard.
Shank tries to stand but Barakus is controlling from the bottom.
Shank looking to pass the guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Shank wants to stand and escape but instead Barakus has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
Shank keeping moving, preventing Barakus from controlling successfully.
Barakus advances position into side control!
Shank struggling a bit here.
Barakus landing strikes.

An elbow from Barakus crashes against the mat.
Barakus in side control lands a decent elbow.
Barakus has hold of Shank's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Shank seems comfortable defending it but Barakus has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Shank is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Shank is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Barakus couldn't care less - he's delighted!
